Network & Access · By Chelsea Missick

The most valuable thing I sell is not advice.

Strategy is the easy part. The part that actually moves a deal is who you can call.

Let me tell you something most advisors will never admit. The advice is the easy part. Smart strategy is not rare. You can find a good idea in a book, a podcast, or a paid newsletter. What you cannot find in a book is the person who picks up the phone when you call, and the door that opens because of who is making the introduction.

That is the part I have spent over a decade building, and it is the part clients are really paying for.

Proximity creates opportunity

I have watched brilliant plans die because the founder did not know the right person, and I have watched ordinary plans win because they did. The difference was never the strategy. It was access. When a deal needs a banker who will actually move, a partner who is the right fit, a buyer who is real, or a tax mind who works with the top of the market, the value is not in knowing that you need one. It is in being one call away from the right one.

The room you are not in is often the one costing you money. My job is to get you in it.

Why I work across industries on purpose

Most of my relationships did not come from a networking strategy. They came from doing real work, keeping my word, and staying in touch long after the transaction ended. Real estate, capital, tax, healthcare, high-growth brands, in Florida and around the world. Those worlds talk to each other more than people realize, and standing in the middle of them is its own form of leverage. A real estate question gets answered faster because I know the capital side. A capital question gets answered because I know the operators. The map connects.

What this means for you

When you work with me, you are not just buying a second set of eyes on your tax, capital, partnerships, and systems. You are borrowing my proximity. You get the introduction that would have taken you a year to earn, the conversation that skips three gatekeepers, the partner who is vetted before you ever sit down. That access is frequently worth more than the advice that surrounds it, and it is the reason the right clients keep coming back.

Strategy will tell you what to do. The network is how it actually gets done. Proximity creates opportunity, and that is exactly what I bring to the table.
